John and Varun workout with female journalists during Dishoom promotions!

John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, both known for their fitness and physique rather had a fun interaction with the Ladies from the media world.

John and Varun met female journalists early in the afternoon at a suburban gym.

The actors donned their gym wear and led a fun filled workout session for the ladies. The duo began by sharing motivational words with those present along with sharing fitness tips.

While John instructed the ladies on handling gym equipments correctly, Varun showcased the right manner in which basic exercises should be performed.

After Salman Khan it's John Abraham For Shabab Sabri



Singer Shabab Sabri who has almost become the voice of superstar Salman Khan has now moved onto John Abraham. But wait, if you think it has anything to do with John Salman alleged rivalry then you are wrong. 


The singer has just lent his voice to the latest Welcome Back number Nas Nas Mein which has been picturised on John Abraham.

In a first of sorts, the same voice of the singer is used for five different actors in one song itself. Yes, apart from John, Shabab's voice in the song is also being used for Naseeruddin Shah, Shiney Ahuja, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor.


In a career spanning more than two decades Shabab has sung songs that are  romantic, soulful or sufi in nature. This is the first time the singer has crooned to a playful item number.


Sharing his experience Shabab says, "The song was challenging and fun at the same time. It was out of my comfort zone and I enjoyed every bit of it. I'm glad Nas Nas Mein happened to me for it added to my versatility like no other song could. And it's always a pleasure seeing some of the biggest of stars lip syncing to your voice!"


Apart from being Salman Khan's voice right from Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya (teri jawani badi badi mast mast hai) days, Shabab has also given voice to many hit numbers of Akshay Kumar like Gore mukhde from special 26.


The singer also has to his credits numbers like Judoo Tone Waaliyaan (Dawat-e-Ishq), Dil mera muft ka (Agent Vinod), Yahan Zindagi (Page 3), Koche Pathan (Zanzeer), Chalao Na Naino Se Baan (Bol Bachchan), Gore mukhde (Special 26), Humse pyaar karle (Teri Meri Kahani), Fashion khatam (Dolly Ki Doli).


Some of his hit Salman Khan numbers include Hamka Peeni Hai (Dabangg), Tere Naina (Jai Ho), Pawan Udaye Batiyaan (Veer) among many others and will also be lending his voice to Salman once again in Rajshri Productions upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

Actor and producer John Abraham was delighted to be a part of Jai Hind College’s 11th alumni reunion as Chief Guest at Nehru Centre Auditorium, Worli in Mumbai on February 1, 2014.

John himself is an alumnus of the college which has other big names like Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Isha Kopikar, Kajal Aggarwal, Malaika Arora Khan, Ramesh Sippy, Sunil Dutt, Neeta Lulla, Atul Kasbekar, Hiten Tejwani, Natasha Suri and Ajay Piramal to name a few.

Bollywood Film Review - Madras Cafe

Madras Cafe is a political espionage thriller set in the late eighties and then in early nineties of the last century. During this time the Indian Government had send armed forces during the Sri Lankan civil war.
Robin Dutt – RD (Siddharth Basu) is the head of the most important wing of India’s Intelligence Services is a job that requires him to be on his toes every second.
In a time when there’s a civil war in neighboring frontiers and our nation is under threat, Robin places his faith in Agent Vikram. He is Vikram’s mentor and appoints him to take sole responsibility of executing the covert operations in Sri Lanka; only to find out that he is not the only one privy to Vikram’s plan of action.

An Indian Intelligence officer – Major Vikram (John Abraham) journeys into a war torn coastal island, to break a resolute rebel group. He deftly maneuvers his resources to make significant breakthroughs, amidst a scenario where the enemy has no face and the only counsel is ‘don’t get caught’.
At various junctions he meets a charismatic and passionate journalist Jaya (Nargis Fakhri) who is following her will to reflect the truth behind the civil war. The story unfolds as their quest for the truth reveals a deeper conspiracy, by a faceless enemy, united to seize a common nemesis – India.

I, Me aur Mein


Debutant director Kapil Sharma’s film is a Bollywood romance drama which has John Abraham, Prachi Desai and Chitrangda Singh in pivotal roles.

As the title, simple put, means I, me and myself, the protagonist of the film John Abraham is fill with thinking all about him, himself and his life.

Ever since his childhood he has been treated as a favorite by his mother (Zarina Wahab). So in instances of squabbles between the boy Ishaan and his elder sister, the mother always took the boy’s side. This mama’s boy has grown up to be a man who is always protected by his elder sister Shivani (Mini Mathur).

Ishaan (John Abraham), a handsome, lady charmer, who is an executive with a music company, scouting for new talent in Mumbai. He stays in his live-in girlfriend’s (Anushka played by Chitrangda Singh) posh flat.

The self centered attitude is Ishaan is such that he isn’t willing to pay the monthly bill to the milk man as ‘he doesn’t drink milk and even his morning coffee is black’. And this handsome man-child is acutely aware of his good looks and this flirt is aware of the the effect he has on women.
