Salman Khan beats Shah Rukh Khan

Longest Chase sequence in a film

Shahrukh Khan’s chase sequence in the film, Darr has been holding the industry record of the longest chase sequence.

With Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick, Salman Khan is all set to break that record.
Salman Khan, who plays a Devilish character in the film, has a long chase sequence that is shot in Delhi.

There are a couple of chase sequences in the film on various vehicles; bicycle, modified bike and a double decker bus.

But this one, shot in Old Delhi is more complicated as it had to be shot on busy streets and narrow lanes. It involves complex stunts like Salman doing wheelie and jumps with the bicycle.

Audiences will get to see Salman doing unusual stunts at some landmark places in Delhi where they shot this chase sequence.

There were multiple cameras that were set up, some on the terrace of buildings as well to get the shots right.

The production team is so excited about this sequence that they are wanting to approach the Limca book of records to officially hold the record.

However, since they are extremely busy with promotions and post productions work now, they have decided to do it sometime post the release of the film.

Vacation’s over for Deepika Padukone

By Editorial

The actress flies straight to Dubai from her Europe holiday to report to work on her next film

Over the last few days, Deepika Padukone had been spending some blissful moments under the Ibiza sun.

But with work beckoning her, we heard that instead of returning home to India, Dippy flew straight to Dubai.

The actress is part of Farah Khan’s Happy New Year and the rest of the crew had already reached the desert emirate.

Sources from Dubai say that the actress has also been spotted having animated conversations with her co- star Shah Rukh Khan as she apparently caught up with the latest Bollywood gossip from him.

An insider says, “ She’s had a long holiday and Deepika wanted to get back to work soon. Before going for her vacation, she completed some dress rehearsals. For 20 days, she was entirely cut off from all news from the industry.

She had switched off her phone. But now she is raring to go at work and will also fly down to Goa straight from Dubai for her next project with Homi Adajania.” A unit hand says Dippy’s first shot in Dubai will be filmed today and she is spending her spare time catching up with SRK.

“ Dippy sat SRK down and threw a volley of enquiries at him about the fate of their last film together and buzz from the filmi parties.” The actress’ spokesperson confirmed our story.
