Scuba Diving Association approaches Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor has been approached by a scuba diving association

Not many people know that Shraddha Kapoor is an adventure sports freak, and that she loves the water especially. The latest we’ve heard is that she has been approached by a Kochi-based scuba divers’ association to be the face of their upcoming campaign.

A source close to Shraddha reveals, “Shraddha is a trained and certified scuba diver. And she is extremely fond of adventure sports. She loves to go scuba diving when she gets the time for a holiday. Recently, she got a chance to go diving for an underwater sequence for her upcoming film with Sidharth Malhotra in her Mauritius shooting schedule.”

The insider adds that the association is very keen to have the Aashiqui 2 (2013) actor endorse their new campaign. “She loves sports and has an instant youth connect. That’s why the association wants her to join the initiative,” says the source.

When contacted, Shraddha’s spokesperson says, “The association has got in touch with Shraddha’s team asking her to be a part of the campaign.”

Atul Agnihotri - receiving political calls

Atul Agnihotri, who is the producer of the film O Teri starring Pulkit Samrat and Bilal Amrohi has been getting a lot of political calls recently.

All three parties contesting for elections; Congress, BJP and AAP have got in touch with Atul Agnihotri. As elections come closer, everybody is breathing politics and the parties are wary of the content of the film.

The trailer of the film talks about two intern journalists digging out a scam. 

Congress members want to watch the film to see if it is a dig at the CWG scam that took place while they were the governing party.

Also, Aam Aadmi Party who has been in the news for their protest for corruption wants to watch the film to endorse it.

Even BJP has been talking about anti corruption and would want to watch the film to give and get support.

When contacted Atul Agnihotri, who is usually away from politics says, “Yes, I have got a few calls from officials and they will be watching the film this Friday. The film is a satire comedy and a funny take on events seen from the eyes of two intern journalists”

Nabbey - Every Second Counts - bags award at NIFF

‘Nabbey - Every Second Counts’ bags the title of Best Feature Film at Nashik International Film festival 2014

Nashik, March 23, 2014: Nabbey - Every Second Counts, a 90 minute hindi movie attracted each one at the 6th edition of the Nashik International Film festival resulting to win the title of ‘Best Feature Film’. The trophy was received by the producer Dr Radhika Shukla and acclaimed director Nabhkumar Raju.

Nabbey - Every Second Counts was also this year’s opening premiere movie. The story revolves around the Assistant Commissioner of Police who chases and catches the terrorist who planted bombs across the city. According to the sources in the movie, the terrorist are planning to leave the country within 90 minutes. Nabbey - Every Second Counts is a post terrorist attack thriller.

On this occasion, producer Dr. Radhika Shukla said, “I’m very happy to receive this award. This is our team effort which has resulted to this award. I thank each one from the team especially our director Nabhkumar Raju and the jury of NIFF to make this possible. NIFF was our first entry for this movie and we won at the first step. I hope this trend continues at all the festival. I’m also grateful of Mr Mukesh Kaneri for giving us an opportunity to screen our movie on the opening day of the festival and to honour us with the title.”

Each one present for the opening screening enjoyed the movie and therefore winning the title of Best Feature Film making Nabbey team star of the closing day of NIFF.
